Every ButtonPreferred piece is cut to the measurements below. Take your measurements over light clothing and compare them with the chart to find your size.

All measurements are in inches and follow UK sizing. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend the larger. Made-to-order pieces can be tailored to your exact measurements — simply share them with our styling team.
How to measure
- Bust
- Measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape level and relaxed.
- Waist
- Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, just above the navel.
- Hips
- Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat.
- Shoulder
- Measure across the back from the tip of one shoulder to the other.
- Sleeve length
- From the shoulder tip, down the outside of the arm to the wrist bone.
- Height
- Measure barefoot, from the crown of the head to the floor — this guides hem length.
